Where we operate
Our operations include five productive farms located in the east and southeast of the Province of Mendoza, with a total area close to 200 hectares. Additionally, we have an agro-industrial operations center located 55 km from the City of Mendoza and a land reserve for development of approximately 1,400 hectares.
Agroindustria
At the operations center, we focus on the distribution and sale of the company's products. We have an olive oil factory with an installed capacity of 120 tons per year, a packaging plant, a processing and drying plant for nuts, as well as offices.
El Aguaribay Norte
21-hectare farm located on National Route 7 in San Martín, 55 km from the city of Mendoza. It has irrigation rights, a water well with a reservoir, and a drip irrigation system. The farm grows vineyards, olive trees, and cherry trees.
El Aguaribay Sur
58-hectare farm located on National Route 7 in San Martín, 55 km from the city of Mendoza. It has irrigation rights and a water well with a reservoir. The farm grows cherries, plums, walnuts, olives, figs, and vines. On this farm, by combining blockchain and satellite technologies, we have adopted a system that calculates the CO₂ absorption of some cherry tree lots. Through the decentralized platform, Coorest®, we generate CO₂ credit tokens that allow companies and individuals to offset their carbon footprint.
Los Cerezos
27-hectare farm located on National Route 7, 55 km from the City of Mendoza. The farm has irrigation rights and a water well. The property includes cherry trees, almond trees, and olive trees.
Teberni
17-hectare farm of super-intensive olive trees located in San Martín, 55 km from the City of Mendoza. The farm has irrigation rights and a water well.
Las Jarillas
60-hectare farm located in the Rivadavia department of Mendoza. The farm has irrigation rights, a water well with a reservoir, and a drip irrigation system. The property includes vineyards, walnut trees, and olive trees.
Maná
5-hectare vineyard located in the Rivadavia department of Mendoza. The farm has irrigation rights and hail protection. The property features trellised Malbec vines.
